This little candy bag uses all 4 elements of January’s special – the Happy Heart Day stamp set, medium cello bags, and Regal Rose & Real Red 5/8" grosgrain ribbon.  Two chocolate-mint candies are tucked inside festive covers of coordinating cardstock.

This was one of the projects from my January Stampers 30 Club meeting, and would make a fun Valentines remembrance for friends.
