Oh my gosh! Has it REALLY been over a month since I posted here?!? Guess that's a pretty good reflection of how my 2012 has gone SO far, lol. Total chaos. But I've got fingers crossed things may settle down into a more normal pattern for March. I surely hope so anyway.
Ok, so that means there's a ton I haven't shared here recently. And of course I can't type EVERYTHING at once, so I've got plenty of material for future posts…. provided time cooperates, of course.
So what I'm so gosh-darn excited about this morning is this brand-new product by Stampin' Up!, available TODAY: the Simply Scored Diagonal Plate. It's an attachment that will fit right on top of your Simply Scored tool, and allows you to make perfect diagonal lines. So that means that at long last we'll have a super-simple way to make envelopes that coordinate with our cards (which has been one of the most common requests I've heard from y'all), and I'm quite sure we'll all be figuring out plenty of other ways this new gizmo will come in handy, too.
Anyway, here's the very first thing I made with my new Diagonal Plate: an envelope to coordinate with a card I'd designed for my brother's birthday.
Read more about this exciting product and/or order one for yourself and open new avenues of creativity here. It's only $11.95, US!
Or check it out in person at my card classes this weekend, which, although Friday night is at capacity, still have a few openings for both morning sessions: Friday and Saturday. (For more info and to sign up for your share of the fun, click the link up above….. just under the pink banner.)
